Experience
>/ 5+ years of experience as a backend developer, with a strong focus on Node.js and TypeScript.
>/ Hands-on experience in blockchain development, particularly with Solidity, Rust, and Bitcoin protocols, with proven live and audited smart contracts.
>/ Experience in developing and maintaining high-scale, distributed systems handling thousands of users.
>/ Background in fintech or other high-security, transaction-heavy industries is a plus.
>/ Deep understanding of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and security best practices.
>/ Experience working with Kubernetes, containerization, and automated deployment pipelines.
Knowledge
>/ Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including smart contract development, on-chain interactions, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
>/ Experience with NoSQL databases and strong query-building capabilities.
>/ Ability to design and implement scalable architectures while ensuring reliability and security.
>/ Familiarity with A/B testing, blue-green deployment, and continuous experimentation methodologies.
>/ Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles for platform consistency and automation.
>/ Ability to investigate, debug, and resolve complex issues across multiple systems.

>/ Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
